Get ready to pedal into the adventure with our Big Bike Revival events, proudly supported by Cycling UK North West England and Ribble Valley AdventureJoin us this Sunday 11 Oct for guided cycle rides, hands-on learn-to-fix, and learn-to-ride sessions. The excitement starts at 12 pm with leisurely cycling on flat terrain, ideal for both beginners and seasoned riders, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Lomeshaye Marsh Nature Reserve, uncovering its hidden treasures and discovering the wonders of local fungi, flora, and fauna as you pedal through nature’s playground.
Recharge between sessions with a FREE cooked meal (A wild soup with all the best Spring has to offer. We could get the ice cream maker out too?) and refreshments infused with wild ingredients from 3 to 4 pm!
Worried about equipment? Fear not! We’ve got you covered with bikes, helmets, and tools provided, but you are welcome to bring and use your own. However, equipment is limited, so be sure to book in advance (DM us) if you wish to use any of our top-quality gear!
If your bike needs a tune-up or some TLC, bring it along to our learn-to-fix sessions! We’ll use these bikes as live demonstrations while we work on them, helping others learn the ropes of bike maintenance - all at no cost!
Our events aren’t just about biking; they’re about fostering community, having fun, and learning. While some of us enjoy the cycling adventures, others can indulge in crafty, fun, and nature-based activities at the cabin. Bring your friends and family along to share in the excitement!
