We have an exciting new event for Big Bears Weekend 2026!
Riccarton House and Pūtaringamotu Bush is a premier 12-hectare heritage site located just 3.5 kilometres from Christchurch City Centre. It uniquely pairs a Category I Victorian/Edwardian homestead with the world's last remaining remnant of ancient alluvial podocarp forest.
We are hosting a Saturday morning tour of both house and native bush, guided by one of our committee members and heritage expert, Edan Bowman.
