About this Event
This course is designed to help organisations understand how to identify opportunities, assess suitability, and develop competitive bids.
Participants will gain an overview of procurement requirements, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, social value expectations, and common pitfalls, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence needed to pursue public contracts and diversify their income through successful tendering.
Delivered by Indigo Project Solutions, drawing on extensive practical experience of supporting the Third Sector to understand, prepare for and respond to public sector tender opportunities. Indigo’s tendering experience includes helping organisations assess their readiness to bid, interpret procurement requirements, develop strong responses, evidence organisational capacity and track record, shape partnership and consortium approaches, prepare realistic pricing and budgets, and articulate social value, community benefit and impact. This experience spans local authority, HSCP, Scottish Government and UK Government giving participants access to insight into how tenders are assessed and how third sector organisations can position themselves more confidently and competitively.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day.
