About this Event
Ready to learn the fundamentals of boxing? Join our special session hosted by Rochelle Blenman who will take you through this active fast paced session.
We’ll start by learning the basic boxing fundamentals, so you feel confident and safe, before jumping into pad work. From there, expect a mix of pad rounds and heart-pumping HIIT movements that will challenge your body and leave you feeling empowered.
Come solo, bring a friend, or join as you are — this session is all about working together, building a supportive community, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome. You might even leave having met some new training buddies.
All you’ll need is:
- Water
- Boxing gloves*
- Hand wraps**
- A towel
- Plenty of energy

Rochelle has several years of experience in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and sports therapist. Her background in martial arts — particularly karate and boxing — strongly influences her training style, combining strength, movement, and technique to help clients build confidence and physical resilience.
