Yin Yoga - Gateway to meditation
Join us for a practice that guides the body into the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing rejuvenation and deep healing to take place. Leave the class feeling grounded, calmed and revitalised, lessening the mind-chatter and stressfulness of everyday life.
Every Tuesday, 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm for 10 sessions.
Dates for the new yin yoga series :-
11/8/26, 18/8/26, 25/8/26, 1/9/26, 8/9/26, 15/9/26, 22/9/26, 29/9/26, 6/10/26 and 13/10/26
Bring your own yoga mat and come in loose comfy clothes.
All will be hybrid sessions.
