About Alexis Quarles
Alexis Quarles is a 500hr certified yoga instructor and sound bath facilitator who creates intentional spaces for movement, relaxation, and reconnection. Her approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that rest is just as important as movement and that making space to slow down allows us to reconnect with ourselves.
Through thoughtfully guided yoga flows, mindful movement, and immersive sound bath experiences, Alexis invites participants to release tension, quiet the mind, and find moments of stillness in their everyday lives. Her offerings blend movement, breathwork, and sound to create experiences that feel grounding, restorative, and accessible to a range of experience levels.
One ticket per person.
