About this Event
Did you know that according to a 2023 survey, 77% of adults in Singapore still do not have a Will?
Passing on without a valid Will can lead to significant delays, complications, and conflicts for surviving family members. However, even with a Will in place, assets are typically distributed to beneficiaries as a single lump sum upon death.
A lump-sum payout isn't always ideal. Vulnerable beneficiaries—such as young children, aging parents, or individuals with special needs—may lack the capacity to manage large sums of money, leaving them exposed to financial risks.
In this insightful webinar, learn how you can leverage Trust structures to ensure your hard-earned assets are protected and distributed responsibly according to your wishes.
Key Takeaways:
· The hidden pitfalls of dying without a Will in Singapore.
· Why a standard Will may not be enough for vulnerable or dependent beneficiaries.
· How a Trust works to safeguard your wealth and control long-term payouts.
· How to choose the right Trust structure for your specific family needs.
