About this Event
Most digital services are designed as if they exist only on screens. But every digital experience is part of a much larger system, one that runs on physical infrastructure, logistics, materials and resources that extend far beyond the interface. Standard service blueprints are powerful, but they stop at the organisational boundary. They rarely show what happens behind: the energy consumed, the supply chains activated, the waste generated.
This workshop introduces the Sustainable Service Blueprint, a practical extension of the traditional blueprint that adds environmental and physical lenses to the mapping process. Participants apply the framework to a phygital scenario and map the real systems triggered by everyday design decisions. The goal is simple: show that small, intentional choices in the design process can have real impact on the world behind the screen.
Who is this for? Designers, product managers, strategists and sustainability practitioners who want to bring environmental thinking into their everyday practice.
What you will leave with: A practical framework you can apply to your own projects from day one.
