What does it mean to live as your whole self? Join Asheville author and somatic inquiry guide Erin Brown at Asheville Raven and Crone for an immersive book event and workshop exploring non-dual self-inquiry, somatic integration, and spiritual transformation through her book, The Whole Self: Awakening the Inner Wisdom to Live as Yourself.Together, we'll explore practical ways to move beyond limiting patterns, reconnect with the wisdom that exists beneath our habitual thoughts, and experience a more direct, embodied sense of our true nature. Erin will introduce experiential self-inquiry practices drawn from her community work, offering attendees an opportunity to explore these ideas in a grounded, personal way.
Whether you're well-versed in non-dual philosophy or simply curious about living with greater authenticity and self-understanding, this gathering offers space to explore, reflect, and connect. The afternoon will include guided experiential practices, an open Q&A with Erin, and a book signing.
Signed copies of The Whole Self will be available for purchase, along with special event-exclusive discounts on books and personal sessions.
Come spend an afternoon exploring the relationship between body, awareness, and the self we often take for granted, all in the welcoming community space of Asheville Raven and Crone.
Attendance is open to all, but space is limited! Learn more about Erin and her work at www.wholenesswisdom.com/the-whole-self.
