Fear comes from misunderstanding — this is a no-code, no-jargon discussion designed to help you understand what AI can actually do today.
You’ve learned the basics. You know how to ask AI for what you want.
But AI hasn’t stood still.
In just the last few months, the way we use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others has changed dramatically. AI can now help you find information, read and understand documents, organise your work, create things, and even handle some repetitive tasks for you.
And with new tools and features appearing constantly, the challenge is no longer just knowing how to prompt AI.
It’s knowing what to use, when to use it, and what’s actually worth paying attention to.
That’s what Beyond the Prompt is about.
This is a presentation, not a workshop — no laptops, no hands-on exercises and no code. Just a clear, practical conversation about where AI is today, the tools and capabilities now available, and what they could mean for the way you work and live.
What we'll cover
- How AI has changed since our previous sessions — and why we're moving beyond the traditional chatbot
- What “being good with AI” looks like now, beyond simply writing a good prompt
- Tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM and the growing world of AI agents and assistants
- What different AI tools are actually useful for — and how to know which one fits the task
- What’s useful today, what’s emerging, and what still isn’t ready for everyday use
- The developments worth watching over the next stage of AI
By the end of the session, you should have a much clearer picture of the current AI landscape, which tools are relevant to you, and where AI could genuinely save you time or make your work easier.
You don't need to be technical. If you've used ChatGPT or another AI tool before and you're wondering “What comes next?”, this session is for you.
