Looking for a safe, relaxed enviroment to work on your latest project? Come join Beyond the Margins at our first Community Conversations event, a Creative Workshop!Sometimes, being around community helps us be more motivated to get work done. OR it causes wonderful conversation, both are welcome here!
Bring a project you’ve been working on, start something new, or explore our shared craft supplies and bookmark-making station. We’ll also have free craft materials, free books available for anyone who’d like one, and plenty of space to create, chat, and connect with others. Light refreshments will be provided, but feel free to bring something to share if you feel inclined!
While we’re making things, we’ll be building connections and sharing ideas about the kind of community we’d love to see. Stop by our Community Wall to share your thoughts, or leave an idea in our Idea Box for future events, activities, and opportunities.
No experience, project, or creative skills required. Come as you are, bring a friend, or come on your own and meet someone new.
ALL AGES WELCOME!
