Beyond the Label: Parent Support Circle for Neurodiverse Families is a free monthly peer support group created for parents and caregivers of children and youth who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, sensory differences, and other neurological variations.As an extension of the Beyond the Label Conference, this group provides a welcoming space for parents to connect with others who understand the realities of navigating diagnoses, school systems, accommodations, emotional regulation challenges, family dynamics, advocacy, and the day-to-day experiences of raising a child whose brain works differently.
Parenting a neurodiverse child can sometimes feel isolating. Many families find themselves balancing appointments, advocating for support, managing misunderstandings, and searching for resources while trying to support their child's strengths and well-being. This group offers an opportunity to step out of survival mode and into community.
Together, we will:
• Share experiences and challenges in a supportive environment
• Exchange practical strategies and resources
• Explore topics related to neurodiversity, regulation, communication, and advocacy
• Celebrate successes and strengths
• Build meaningful connections with other parents and caregivers
Whether your child is newly identified, awaiting assessment, or has been diagnosed for years, you are welcome here.
Because no parent should have to navigate this journey alone.
