We all have a part to play in mental wellness. This October, Beyond the Label (BTL) invites Singaporeans to come together at Beyond The Label Fest 2026 and explore how small, everyday acts of care can help nurture our own well-being and that of those around us.
Taking place over three days at Bayfront Event Space, the annual festival returns under the theme “Mental Wellness Begins With All Of Us”. Inspired by the idea of a Garden of Wellness, BTL Fest 2026 encourages visitors to think about how mental wellness can be cultivated in everyday life. This can be through the ways we care for ourselves, checking in with others and creating more supportive spaces within our homes, schools, workplaces and communities.
More than simply talking about mental health, the festival creates opportunities for visitors to engage with mental wellness in approachable and practical ways, showing how even small acts of self-care can help nourish our well-being over time.

Here are some of the highlights you can look out for:
- Hear from BTL Ambassadors as they unpack conversations around mental wellness and what meaningful support can look like across our homes, schools, workplaces and communities.
- Get hands-on with workshops and activities designed to make mental wellness accessible, practical and engaging, from slowing down and reconnecting with the present to discovering simple ways to weave self-care into everyday life.
- Enjoy exciting live performances by Benjamin Hum, 53A, Jumpstart, NTU Harmonix, NTU Chinese Drums, Believer Music Performers and Qara Rosa (Percussion).
- The festival will also feature a drone show on 23 & 24 October 2026, adding an extra touch of magic to the evening.
- Keep an eye out for BRAVE, BTL’s mental wellness mascot, who will appear at the festival. Through BRAVE, visitors can explore how our moods and mental well-being can shift, while being reminded that caring for ourselves and those around us is an ongoing journey.
Whether you are looking to better understand your own mental well-being, learn how to support someone close to you, or simply spend a meaningful day out, BTL Fest 2026 is an invitation to start small. Because when everyday acts of care are nurtured across our communities, they can help grow a more supportive and inclusive Singapore.
