About this Event
As an extension of the *Beyond the Label Conference*, this FREE peer support group offers a welcoming space for adults navigating a late ADHD diagnosis or exploring the possibility that ADHD may be part of their story.
For many individuals—especially women and those who have spent years masking, people-pleasing, overachieving, or struggling in silence—a diagnosis can bring both relief and grief. It can answer lifelong questions while also raising new ones about identity, relationships, work, self-esteem, and healing.
Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community with others who understand the unique experience of discovering ADHD later in life. Together, we'll explore common challenges, share practical strategies, celebrate strengths, and remind one another that we are more than a diagnosis.
Whether you were diagnosed recently, years ago, or are still seeking answers, you are welcome here.
