You know those brilliant ideas that pop up out of nowhere during a casual chat with a friend? That’s exactly how this started.
Two friends, full of questions about perimenopause and menopause, realized so many other women were searching for the same answers.
So, we decided to open up the conversation while bringing in local specialists to share guidance, break down the mystery, and answer the questions we don't even know we need to know.
Come for real answers, honest conversation, and join a room full of women who get it.
