Join us Thursday, October 29 from 6–7 PM in the Private Tasting Room at Westchester Wine Warehouse for an immersive Bardstown Bourbon Company masterclass led by National Brand Ambassador Jaz’min Weaver.
This isn't simply a whiskey tasting. Jaz’min will guide us through a sensory exploration of bourbon, using carefully selected aromas, flavors and other sensory elements to reveal how our senses influence what we discover in the glass.
From high-rye spice and soft wheated bourbon to an extraordinary whiskey finished in Single Malt Scotch casks, you’ll taste four distinctive Bardstown expressions while learning how mash bills, maturation and barrel finishing shape aroma, texture and flavor.

Bardstown Origin Series Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
A 6-year, 96-proof estate-distilled bourbon built around an unusually high 36% rye mash bill, delivering classic bourbon richness with an added burst of spice.
Bardstown Origin Series Wheated Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon
Six years old and bottled at 100 proof, this beautifully balanced expression incorporates 20% wheat, bringing notes of stone fruit, toffee and cocoa with a smooth, lingering finish.
Bardstown Origin Series High Wheat Bourbon
A bold 106-proof expression featuring an impressive 39% wheat mash bill. Estate-distilled, aged and bottled at Bardstown, it combines crème brûlée and ripe fruit character with a rich, spiced finish.
Bardstown Lochs of Jura Barrel Finish
The finale takes us well beyond Kentucky. This 104-proof blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskey spends an additional 32 months in Single Malt Scotch whisky barrels from Scotland's Isle of Jura, including ex-bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. The result layers vanilla crème, blackberry, toasted oak, mint, caramel and baking spice with remarkable depth.
