"I'm making money, but it seems like there's never much left over."Here's something I've been thinking about: Being great at your craft and being great at building a business around that craft are two very different things. And sometimes the very thing that made you successful in the beginning becomes the thing that keeps you from growing.
I'm putting together a small workshop for skilled service providers who recognize some of these frustrations and want to figure out what's really keeping their business from becoming what they envisioned.
The workshop won't be handing you another generic list of things you "should" be doing. It's about taking a closer look at where you are, what's getting in the way, and what may need to change to build a business that can actually grow without consuming your life.
I'm keeping the group small (30 people maximum), and the cost will simply cover the expenses of hosting it. I'm also looking for people willing to give candid feedback so I can continue improving the workshop.
