Are you ready to take your Bordeaux knowledge to the next level? This class builds on our Bordeaux 101 class and dives deeper into what makes this region a favorite for so many wine lovers. We'll get nerdy about grape selection, soil composition, climate, vine-growing and pruning strategies, and other topics that impact Bordeaux winemaking.
Of course, we'll prove everything in the glass! You'll enjoy a variety of six Bordeaux wines carefully selected to reinforce the learning. This class is perfect for anyone who wants a deeper, more detailed understanding of this world-class region.
