What to expect:
- Explore foundational arm balances like Crow and Side Crow.
- Build strength and confidence with tips and tools to support your practice.
- Play with dynamic transitions, including hopping forward and back and more.
- Learn how to incorporate these skills into your everyday flow.
- Explore pose variations like Extended Side Angle into Bird of Paradise and Half Moon into Sugar Cane.
This isn’t about making every pose look perfect. It’s about moving beyond fear, embracing play, and discovering what becomes possible when you’re willing to try.
