BEYOND SUNDAYS - PASS THE MIC 🎤 PASS THE MIC
One Stage. One Lord. Many Voices.
Imagine several pastors and ministry leaders standing on one platform. There is no “my church,” “your church,” “my way,” or “my moment.”
One leader begins preaching.
Then, at the appointed moment, they literally pass the microphone to another leader.
That leader picks up where the first left off.
Then they pass it again.
And again.
The message becomes bigger than the messenger.
The teaching behind it:
Can you pass the mic when God is finished using you?
Can you recognize that the person holding the microphone after you may have a word that somebody needs to hear?
Can you celebrate another person's anointing without feeling threatened by it?
Can you sit down while somebody else stands up?
Can you listen while somebody else speaks?
Can you humble yourself under the work of God—even when God chooses to use someone differently than He uses you?
Because the microphone is not the anointing.
The platform isn't yours.
The crowd isn't yours.
The sheep aren't yours.
They're God's.
And sometimes the greatest evidence that God can trust you with a microphone is your willingness to give it away.
I would build the entire event around this statement:
“The mic is in your hand, but the message belongs to God.”
And the closing challenge could be:
PASS THE MIC.�PASS THE HONOR.�PASS THE OPPORTUNITY.�PASS THE PLATFORM.�PASS THE LOVE.�PASS THE KINGDOM.
Because kingdom-minded leaders don't compete for the microphone—they know when to pass it. 🎤🔥
