Jealousy is one ugly bitch. And we've all been taught to dress her up and call her passion. We use her as proof that love exists. Those who don't get jealous must not care, right?
Wrong.
Come learn what jealousy is really about and how to move beyond it in your relationship. Because jealousy has nothing to do with the other person. It's only about you — your fear, your insecurity — and if you don't learn to work with her, you will spend more time resentful than necessary.
In this workshop, we're unlearning the knee-jerk reactions of jealousy in order to build a foundation of something better. You will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner(s) as well as why jealousy exists and how you can be the boss of her.

🚨 If openly discussing sex and non-monogamy evokes strong feelings for you - this is NOT the workshop for you.

Life is fucking busy. Making space to improve relationship dynamics isn't easy (or let's be real - even fun most of the time).
Our goal is to make this as insightful & impactful as possible. Hence - let's gather at the brewery, beer or mocktail in hand while we do the real work.
We will meet in the brewery room, directly to the right when you enter the doors. I invite you to stop at the bar and grab a drink for yourself on the way into the room.
Soul Pasta runs the kitchen and will be open and available for food orders.
Please plan to arrive so that you have time to grab your drinks, place your food order and be seated in the room by 7:00pm.
