Join us for a free 1-hour breathwork and meditation class, where we will introduce you to some of the practices and concepts from our world-renowned Art of Living Program. This class is for all levels.
In this in-person intimate gathering, our certified Art of Living breath and meditation trainers will interact with you live as they guide you through the session.
