Join us for an unforgettable experience dedicated to celebrating youth creativity and talent!
Better Futures 27 is a full day event packed with industry led workshops, party and rave breaks, meet and greet sessions, one-to-one advice and feedback, public performances and exhibitions.
Hosted by Naked Frank Theatre, this fun filled event boasts five fuel injected workshops in acting, singing, dancing, script work, and performers play, all led by leading industry creatives and professionals. Alongside opportunities to participate, you will also enjoy the exhibition of self devised works produced by our collaborating young talent over the last six months. In between the action you'll be refreshed and re-energised with rave breaks and feel good party vibes to keep the energy high.

PLAY FOR CREATIVES
Info: An introduction into the art of play, clowning, and creative expression. Explore, develop, and interpret ideas limitlessly. Our expert practitioner will guide you into a world of unimaginable creativity. No-one is ever too old to play!
SINGING FOR SELF ESTEEM
Info: An exploration of the voice as an instrument. Our vocal coach will test your ability to hear, harmonise and blend your voice within a choral setting. There is nothing quite like the feeling of strangers finding an ensemble sound. Find your happiness!
EXPRESSIVE DANCE
Info: An exploration of movement, choreography, and devising. Our choreographer will challenge you to test your physical potential and experiment with new ways to use your body. Focusing on flair, fluidity, and fun. Don't think, just move!
ACTING THROUGH SCRIPT
Info: A fast paced focus on lifting characters from the page quickly and effortlessly. Our acting coach will teach you the tips and tricks to making bold and unforgettable choices with your roles to turn words into real life people. Bring the page to the stage!
GAMES FOR PERFORMERS
Info: An intense and fun filled exploration of ensemble work, led by an industry professional director. Collaboration, focus, and team work will be put to the test as performers develop their ability to work together to achieve challenges. Unite, create, thrive!
PERFORMERS MASTERCLASS
Info: An opportunity to present your monologue, speech, choreography, or song, to one of our leading industry professionals and receive feedback, support and useful tips to develop your material.
EXHIBITION & PRESENTATIONS
Info: Performances, short films, songs, music videos and monologues, presented by our participating young people from Ifield Sixth Form, Reynolds Performing Arts, Dartford Scouts, and Drama Studio London.
RAVE BREAKS
Info: An all body serotonin boost to recharge, refresh, and inspire. Enjoy the music, lose yourself in the lights, and soak up the electric atmosphere. Work hard and party harder!
