About this Event
Learning Together is a friendly and welcoming group for parent carers and young children to connect, play and learn together. Led by experienced early years practitioners, each session includes fun, engaging activities that support communication, language and social development and school readiness. Parent carers will also gain practical ideas and strategies to continue supporting their child's learning and development at home.
Perfect for children aged 0-2, this is a great opportunity to build confidence, make connections and support your child's early learning journey.
Please note the session takes place at The Lantern in a seperate room to the library.
Free Learning Together Group 0- to 2-Year-Olds (siblings welcomed)
Please book one ticket per attending adult. Children do not require a ticket.
At PEEP Learning Together group, parents carers will see how everyday interactions, routines and activities at home can support their child's educational development and learning.
At these relaxed, weekly sessions:
- play activities, sing songs and share stories
- find out how these activities will help your child learn and develop
- access a friendly space to meet other parent carers and share experience
- plus, take away ideas for simple activities you can do at home with different themes
This series includes five sessions, on Tuesdays from 10th November to 8th December, 10am to 11.30am. We encourage families to attend all sessions where possible, as regular participation helps build skills over time and maximises the positive impact on your child's development and learning.
Everyone is welcome! This event is designed for parent carers and children to attend together. Book your free place opposite (you only need to book a space for the adult in your party).
