For centuries the besom has been more than a broom. Hearth and home, cleansing and protection, sweeping out the old to make room for what comes next.In this workshop you’ll build and bind your own besom by hand from natural broom corn. Choose your colors, your dried botanicals, your charms, and shape a broom that carries your own symbolism. We’ll walk you through the whole thing, from a loose pile of broom corn to a finished piece hanging over your threshold.
The last Saturday evening before Samhain feels like the right time for it.
