Join us for an exclusive five-course culinary experience at Haven as we celebrate the rare intersection of world-class Burgundy and refined culinary artistry.
Haven is honored to host its first Old World Bern’s Winefest wine dinner celebrating the renowned wines of Domaine Tollot-Beaut, one of Burgundy’s most respected family domaines. For one extraordinary evening, guests will explore the depth, elegance, and heritage of these exceptional wines — guided personally by Winemaker Nathalie Tollot-Beaut.
Throughout the evening, Nathalie will share stories from the vineyards of Côte de Beaune and offer insight into the philosophy and precision behind each pour.
To complement this celebrated portfolio, Executive Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine Lynnessa Hughes have crafted a thoughtfully curated five-course menu. Each dish has been meticulously paired to highlight the structure, nuance, and balance of Tollot-Beaut wines, creating a seamless dialogue between glass and plate.

The Laxer Family Foundation is a charitable foundation that provides the opportunity to raise money through events that foster a more inclusive and cooperative youth culture while cultivating the advancement of the next generation of culinary leaders through scholarships. Since 1997, Bern’s Winefest has been the main fundraising event for the Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship. The Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C•CAP) selection process awards funds to individuals from the state of Florida for culinary and job skills training in food and hospitality.
