Berlin men circle
Agenda:
- Arrival - from 19:45 and doors close at 20:00, please arrive before doors close
- Landing + check-in - whatever happened in your day and week, we will create an environment of grounding and fully arriving in the present moment using techniques from meditation, breath work and relating exercises. Everyone gets a chance to share how they are showing up
- Sharing - every man who feels the call has the floor to speak openly and honestly about a topic that's meaningful in their life right now and how it makes them feel. It's not a detailed account of events, not rambling, and not storytelling. It's about embracing bold vulnerability and being truly authentic for some of us, perhaps the first time. The others are encouraged to listen actively and later can ask questions and share feedback.
- Closing - we close the circle around 21:30-22:00 with final sharing and a powerful connection exercise
Our facilitator Julian will guide discussions and activities, ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard and has a chance to participate and learn from one another. Max 10 participants will ensure an intimate environment.

What a men's circle is:
A group of men who come together in a safe and confidential space on a regular basis to talk openly about their life challenges and experiences. The goal is create a safe and supportive space to come together, engage in open and meaningful discussions, and foster personal growth and well-being. As such, we sit together in a circle to share, connect and listen, being fully present in the moment. We also use different techniques from breath work, meditation and concious relating and communicating. Every session has a different topic, depending on the group's needs and what's alive.
Who this is for:
This event is open to adult men from all backgrounds and walks of life, who are committed to personal growth and building meaningful connections with others. Particularly if you are interested in:
- Personal Growth: you are interested in self-improvement, self-awareness, and personal development to become the best version of yourself
- Authentic Connection: Men's circles provide an opportunity to build deep and authentic connections with other men, which can lead to more meaningful and fulfilling relationships in everyday life with both men and women
- Emotional Expression: this is a safe and non-judgmental space to embrace vulnerability and express thoughts and feelings, which is extremely important especially for men
- Exploring Masculinity: you are interested in discussing and redefining traditional notions of masculinity and what it means to be a healthy and balanced man in today's world

Location:
The event is happening in a spacey maisonette rooftop flat, where Julian lives. There are comfortable sofas and chairs in a nice atmosphere, no need to bring anything.
There will be snacks and tea served at the space of the event.
