At our Bereavement cafe its a safe space for those grieving to be able to scream, shout, cry, laugh, let it all out or simply just sit and listen and hear that they are not alone within this horrendous journey that grief is.We are here every Tuesday from 11am-1pm at St Aldhelm's, Branksome we come with open arms but most importantly fresh homemade bakes to turn all those unwanted tears into very much needed smiles 😊
We know those smiles don't last forever but if we manage to send just one griever away with a smile that lasts even just an hour after the cafe has ended that is a win for them and a loss to grief even for an hr ❤️
