New Health Walk Launches in Bere RegisA brand-new free health walk is set to begin in Bere Regis, offering residents a simple and friendly way to get active, enjoy the outdoors and connect with others in the community.
Starting at The Royal Oak Pub, the walk will take place every Thursday from 10am to 11am (starting on Thursday 16th July), led by welcoming volunteers who ensure everyone feels comfortable and included.
Designed to be accessible for all abilities, this initiative removes many of the usual barriers to exercise—there’s no need to book or plan a route, just turn up and join in.
Health walks are about much more than physical activity. They provide a chance to unwind, meet new people, and support mental wellbeing, all while taking in the beauty of our local surroundings.
