BOOKING - Please message me directly to book your space. The event has a limited capacity and places will only be reserved if you have booked directly with me.THE SOUND BATH
I will talk you through some simple breathing and relaxation exercises so that you are comfortably relaxed. I then open the sound bath with the rhythmic beat of the drum. This will help to regulate your nervous system and bring your mind and body into ultimate healing mode. I then move on to play the crystal bowls for around 45 minutes. The crystal bowls can help to take you into a light sleep or meditative state, allowing your body to absorb the healing frequencies. The session is closed with percussion instruments such as chimes and ocean drum.
There will then be a period of silence where we allow the sounds to settle. Once the silent period has ended, I will gently bring your awareness back into the room and offer a loose leaf herbal tea..
COST - £20
I will set up an online payment system and send details out soon to those who have booked.
