Some of your most meaningful connections haven't happened yet. They might begin with a stranger, on an ordinary Wednesday evening, over a warm drink.Hosted by Jigna Patel, a Seattle based Mindful Life Transition Coach who has spent her work helping people move through change with more ease, and who believes that belonging begins when we feel safe enough to be seen.
Belonging is a two hour guided gathering for people who want to feel a little less alone. It is not a networking event. No pitches, no business cards, no performing. A few quiet minutes to arrive, breathe, and let your body know it is safe to be here. Then a gentle look at why connecting can feel so hard. Many of us carry a tired nervous system and an old story that says we should be fine on our own. We will be kind about that.
*** Who this is for ***
This evening is for you if you feel isolated, even around people. If you want deeper conversation and are ready to move past small talk. If you are in a life transition, new to Seattle, or have outgrown your circle and wonder what comes next.
Know someone who has been wishing for a real conversation? Send this to them. Sometimes one invitation is all it takes.
I would love to meet you there. 🤍
