Join us for a fun, inclusive dance class designed specifically for people with an intellectual disability. Delivered by accredited DanceSport coaches, Ability Dancesupports physical activity, social connection and creativity in a safe and supportive environment.

Time: 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Cost: NDIS funded or $17 per class privately

No previous dance experience required. Support workers welcome.

Ability Dance is part of Ballroom Fit’s NDIS-registered services under Innovative Community Participation.
