Bloc Dawns Bol Hydref
Darganfyddwch lawenydd dawns bol! Ydych chi’n barod i gofleidio eich corff, hybu eich hyder, a chael hwyl? Mae fy nosbarthiadau dawns bol wedi’u cynllunio ar gyfer pobl o bob oed, siâp a chefndir. Y tu hwnt i ddysgu rhythmiau a symudiadau hardd, mae’r dosbarth hwn yn ofod i ddathlu eich hun, adeiladu cryfder, a theimlo’n wirioneddol wych yn eich croen eich hun.
Nid oes angen profiad dawnsio, dewch â’ch egni a byddwch yn barod i adael yn teimlo’n rymus, yn galonogol ac yn gysylltiedig.
Dewch i shimmy gyda ni a darganfod pa mor anhygoel ydych chi!
Bydd hyn yn rhedeg dros floc o dair wythnos ar:
Nos Iau 8, 15 a 22 Medi
Amser: 7–8pm
Lleoliad: Ardour Academy, 29 Windsor Place, Caerdydd, CF10 3BZ
Cost: £10 y sesiwn
Gwisgwch rywbeth cyfforddus. Mae’r rhan fwyaf o bobl yn dawnsio’n droednoeth, ond mae croeso i sanau neu esgidiau cyfforddus. Yr hyn sy’n bwysig yw eich bod yn teimlo’n hapus ac yn gyfforddus.
