BELLE SCAR is back on stage for a special epic concert with several guest musicians and singers presenting her new album due in June 2026.
About this Event

Captivating, glamorous and bold, Belle Scar is a distinctive singer-songwriter, producer and artistic director originally from Montreal but now based in London. Described by the New York Times as “a creature from another dimension, she’s phenomenal,” her soulful cinematic music is at times redolent of a Tim Burton film score and at others of a mash-up between Shirley Bassey, Bowie and Nina Simone.

Ever audacious, Scar performed the most recents of her live shows with full fourteen-piece band (including strings and choir) at a sold out Sadler's Wells autumn 2022 and Hoxton Hall 2023 which earned her an invitation to appear solo at the WOW Festival held in the Royal Festival Hall. Belle Scar took some time off performing, to reflect, write and produce new work. She also focused on her busy schedule as a vocal coach, conducting choirs and teaching belting/creative/vocal mindfulness masterclasses and workshops. Belle is finally ready to take the stage again and present her new album due for release in June 2026! She will be accompanied by several guest musicians and there will be a special performance from her choir, The London Creative Singers. A show not to be missed!

"Scar’s husky voice is flamboyant, imbued with a show-tune swagger – Should any forthcoming James Bond film need a composer and singer for its theme, look no further." ****MOJO MAGAZINE UK

Goosebumps guaranteed ***** NY TIMES

"A timeless work, a dream set to music, with a strong neoclassical component, and so much, so much beauty" ***** In your eyes Magazine Italy
If ever a debut album was put together to make you sit up and take notice, then this is it. Mesmerising stuff.
***** The Crack Magazine UK

“A magnificent testament with expansive arrangements, cinematic orchestrations and lush production”
*****LOUDER THAN WAR

Belle Scar studied classical piano as a child, then eventually as a teenager began writing poetry and composing music, to the point where it became an obsession and she left Montreal to head over to Europe for a lengthy tour armed with just her keyboard, a fistful of electronic pop songs and her powerful, distinctive voice.

Eventually arriving in the UK, she fell in love with the creativity, diversity and energy of London and decided to stay. “It was here that I could truly push myself to take risks and work on my most ambitious music,” she states. “I began meeting lots of incredibly talented musicians, singers, and artists with whom I have collaborated. “My songs are always truthful to how I feel and experience things, I can't do anything halfway, I must give everything I have when I sing, to feel truly connected to the moment, to the sounds and words that resonate within me.

Belle Scar produces her own shows, and her music journey is always evolving as she is always looking for something new and exciting to explore. You can’t put her artistry in a box or a specific genre. Her recent performances were accompanied with full band, strings and choir as well as performing more intimate shows solo on the piano.

She has collaborated with several international artists in music, cinema, multi-media, and fashion. She participated at Glastonbury Festival, NXNE Festival in Toronto, New Cinema Festival and International Literature Festival, The Fringe, Pop Montreal and Jazz Festival in Canada, Degeneration Festival in the Czech Republic. She produces and directs her own choirs with her vocal coaching company called London Creative Singing. She is presently working on her new album due for June 2026.
