What if relief could begin by simply letting your body move?
Belief of Relief is an embodied journey for women into Primal Shaking Medicine, breath, sound and deep listening. Guided shaking invites the body to naturally unwind accumulated tension and energy, while breath, vocal activation and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls create a spacious environment for settling, releasing and reconnecting.
This is an invitation to step out of the busyness of the mind and into the wisdom of the body — to Shake, Breathe, Release, Rebalance and Receive.
The journey is self-led and invitational, with no performance, choreography or experience required. You can participate at your own pace, pause whenever you need and explore what feels right for your body.
We’ll finish with a nourishing crystal bowl soundbath, allowing the nervous system space to integrate and settle.
