Belfast I am coming to deliver a signature football fitness masterclass! Come and join me on Sun 18th April as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work! I can't wait to see you! I have never been to Belfast but I have heard amazing things about all the players there! Seeing a lot of great things on social media I can't wait to meet you all!
What to expect at the session -
- Coach Josh delivering a signature masterclass in football
- 2 hours of high level football & fitness coaching
- High intensity football drills and match play
- Q + A with coach Josh
Time - 10am - 12pm
Location - 115 Blacks Rd, Belfast BT10 0NF
What to wear - Football training kits + Shin pads + moulded studs or astroturfs
