With their emphasis on melody and harmony, Be'lakor pays homage to the roots of the MDM genre whilst expanding it by adding elements of atmospheric and progressive metal. The band's through-composed songs and thoughtful, story-focused lyrics add further to their music's immersive nature.
Be'lakor signed with Napalm Records for the 2016 release of the acclaimed 'Vessels,' and followed this in 2021 with - a release which won the band its third metalstorm.net 'Melodeath Album of the Year' award.
2023 saw Be'lakor tour Europe for the fourth time, selling out 9 of their 10 headlining shows and playing at the famous WACKEN OPEN AIR and SUMMER BREEZE festivals. Planning for the band's first tour of the US & Canada is currently underway, and a sixth studio album is in development.
