Whether it’s returning to work or study, starting childcare, spending time apart for the first time, or simply navigating a new phase where you are not always together, being away from your baby or toddler can bring a whole mix of emotions and questions.Come along as we chat about breastfeeding when you’re apart, practical ways to prepare, working with your support network, and helping both you and your child adjust to the change. Most importantly, we will share experiences and ideas about what can work for different families, because there’s no one right way to do it.

If you have breastfeeding questions, a qualified ABA Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there to provide friendly support and evidence-based information.
Bring a plate to share if you'd like, or just something for yourself. Basic tea and coffee will be provided. Invite a friend and come as you are (yes, even in PJs!).
