🎭 Go Behind the Scenes at Orlando Ballet! What does it take to transform a story like Alice in Wonderland into a professional ballet production?
Join Versara Learning Collective for a special Industry Explorer Series experience where students will step inside the professional world of Orlando Ballet and observe an Alice in Wonderland In-Studio Rehearsal.
✨ About the Experience
This isn't a traditional theater performance; students will get a rare behind-the-scenes look at the professional rehearsal process.
They'll have the opportunity to observe professional dancers and artistic staff as they rehearse, refine choreography, respond to direction, collaborate as an ensemble, and prepare Alice in Wonderland for the stage.
Orlando Ballet may also provide our group with a tour of the Harriett's Orlando Ballet Centre and additional learning opportunities with administrative staff, based on availability.
🔎 Industry Explorer Connections
Students will explore:
• Professional ballet and performing arts careers
• Choreography and artistic direction
• The professional rehearsal and production process
• Teamwork, discipline, communication, and preparation
• Careers behind the scenes in arts administration and production
