About this Event
Join us for Behind the Helping: A Mental Health Professionals Social, a welcoming networking and wellness experience created for mental health and healthcare students, emerging professionals, support staff, and experienced practitioners.
This gathering offers a space to build meaningful professional relationships, exchange resources, participate in mental-health activities, and have honest conversations about the issues affecting those who work and train in the mental-health field. Together, we will explore topics such as professional burnout, emotional wellness, workplace challenges, ethical practice, access to quality care, professional identity, advocacy, and the need for stronger support within helping professions.
Whether you are currently studying, completing your internship or residency, entering the field, or already practicing, you are invited to connect with people who understand both the purpose and the pressures of mental-health work.
What to expect:

- Mental health and wellness activities
