Led by professional ballroom instructor Izabel Cortez, you'll discover how simple movements come together to create beautiful dances while developing rhythm, coordination, confidence, and connection.
And the best part? You'll be learning alongside others who are just beginning their dance journey, too!

Each class introduces the fundamental movements, rhythms, and techniques of ballroom dancing in a relaxed, supportive environment.
You'll learn how to:
• Recognize musical rhythms and move confidently to the beat.
• Learn basic ballroom dance steps and patterns.
• Develop posture, balance, and coordination.
• Understand the fundamentals of leading and following.
• Build confidence dancing with a partner.

We'll explore popular ballroom and social dance styles, building your skills progressively as you become more comfortable on the dance floor.

Ballroom Bootcamp focuses on the essential movements that form the foundation of virtually every dance style.
You'll practice walking, side steps, weight changes, and syncopations through fun, structured rhythm exercises.
It's the perfect complement to Beginners Ballroom!
Attend both classes on the same evening for just $30—that's only $15 per class!

Dress comfortably in clothing that allows you to move freely.
Wear comfortable shoes that stay securely on your feet and allow you to turn without excessive grip.
No special dance attire is required.
