6 WEEK BEGINNERS YOGA COURSEHere at the Studio we absolutely love to welcome beginners to our classes and we have plenty of class styles which are perfect no matter what your level of experience. We also believe in the importance of providing a dedicated course for those who wish to cover the basics in a smaller group setting.
The course is designed to give you a taster of various different styles of Yoga, a foundation on which to develop your own journey with the practise. Yoga can be approached in so many different ways, can be beneficial on so many different levels. Each practitioner may come to the practise for a different reason and wish to get something totally different out of it so we try to give a really broad and general overview to start you off.
Wether you want to improve general fitness and mobility or take time out for deep relaxation and regulation there will be something for you on this course. This course is both for absolute beginners and for people who have perhaps practised yoga in the past but fallen out of the habit and wish to build back their confidence. Rosie is a very experienced teacher and has a super inclusive welcoming approach.
The course runs every Tuesday for 6 weeks at 7:15pm
£60 for 6 weeks, plus a code for a free taster class after the course completes (to use within 1 month)
