Straight into Techniques & Colour Mixing
Info: Set up quickly and dive straight into the paint. Practice essential mark making and palette knife techniques. Master colour mixing for your specific landscape.

Sketching & First Wash (Wet-on-Wet)
Info: Sketch your landscape outline with guided support. Apply your first subdue wet-on-wet layers.
🕑: 11:00 AM - 11:10 AM
Coffee Break & Drying Time
Info: At 11:00 am, we will pause for 10 minutes to let your wet-on-wet layers dry. Sip a complimentary tea or coffee, enjoy a biscuit, and take in the natural surroundings of Garden Hall. It is a wonderful, relaxed moment to connect with fellow participants, share your creative journey, and look at each other's progress.

Wet-on-Dry & Refining
Info: Refine your watercolour landscape by first stepping back to assess areas needing softer blends or sharper details. Use wet-on-dry techniques to add controlled background textures, like gently blending skies or creating organic tree lines with a dry brush. Focus on refining foreground elements—define branches, rocks, and water with small brushes and layered washes for depth.
