Sewing can be an amazing creative outlet where ideas turn into beautiful pieces leaving you with a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. It can be very relaxing but also take you on a journey in so many different directions from garment making, costume creating, home decorations, accessory making, wall art and so much more.
Throughout this 1.5 hour class you will learn the basics of sewing on a sewing machine.
Weather you have used a sewing machine before or it’s your first time, by the end of this class you will know how to;
Set up the sewing machine and use it with confidence
Troubleshoot and resolve most common issues
Select best options in handling different fabrics
Bring your own machine or borrow one of our Sewing Machines on the day.
This is an adult open age class but is suitable for age 13 plus and no previous experience is necessary however children must be accompanied by a participating adult.
All materials and light refreshments will be provided.
