No, not at all! Improv is for everyone. Engineers, cleaners, teachers, medics, care workers - we've seen people of all kinds of different backgrounds have success! No experience is needed - our experienced instructors can guide you where you need to go 👨🏫
Do I have to commit to a term of classes? 🙋♂️
No, each session is ran as a Drop-In. Start any time, work it around your other commitments, and learn at your own pace 👟
What does a workshop look like? 🙋♀️
Each 2-hour session starts with fun warm-up games before moving into skill exercises and open-ended scenes. Over time, you'll learn the creative tools that drive all your favourite sitcoms, movies, sketches and plays. Keep coming and within a few months you'll confidently be able to put on completely improvised shows in a variety of styles, whenever you want. Scripts? Bin! 🗑️
Will I have to perform for the public? 🙋
No! We encourage public performance to help measure your progress and build your confidence but you're more than welcome come to lessons just for the fun of it and to make new friends 🤜🤛
