Join us for beginner yoga class taught by local trained instructor, Kathie!***UPDATED: THERE WILL BE CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 17TH***
***THERE WILL BE A SINGING BOWLS SOUND MEDITATION ON SEPTEMBER 24TH INSTEAD OF BEGINNER YOGA CLASS***
This class is is intended for teens and adults and is open to all experience levels.
When: Every Thursday, 7-8pm
Where: Liberty Hall, 100 Lincoln Road, Marquette Heights, IL
The fee is $5 per person.
All participants must bring their own mats and blocks. Please avoid attending class if you are feeling ill.
