If you've been curious about step aerobics but haven't known where to start or haven't found a class that got you excited - this is it. Our Beginner Steps class is designed from the ground up for people who are new to it, and it's one of the most fun hours you'll spend.
Step aerobics is a full-body cardio workout set to music that actually slaps. It improves your coordination, gets your heart rate up, and most importantly, it feels like a dance party. Once you get into it, you'll be hooked!
Here's what you need to know:
The class
We build everything up from scratch. No previous experience needed, no fitness test required. Our instructor breaks every move down step by step (literally), and the pace is designed so that beginners feel confident and capable, not lost and out of breath.
The community
We're an inclusive community and we mean that. Women of all sizes, backgrounds, and fitness levels train with us, and the energy in the room reflects that. Encouraging, loud, and genuinely welcoming.
The practicalities
• Wear supportive trainers.
• Bring a water bottle.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can get set up and meet the instructor
• All equipment is provided
