I’m so excited to share this one! I have the honor of teaching sourdough at one of my absolute favorite places -
Seven Arrows Farm in Seekonk, MA — and even better, we’ll be gathering upstairs in the Loft!
Join me on Saturday, November 7 from 1–4 PM for a cozy afternoon learning the art of sourdough from start to finish.
This beginner-friendly, hands-on class is perfect whether you’ve never touched a sourdough starter before or you’ve tried sourdough and just haven’t quite figured it out yet.
We’ll talk about:
🌾 Understanding and caring for your starter
🌾 Feeding and maintaining it
🌾 Mixing and working with your dough🌾 Stretching, folding, shaping & fermentation
🌾 Baking a beautiful loaf at home
🌾 Troubleshooting those inevitable sourdough questions
You’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue baking at home, along with your very own sourdough starter to keep you going.
