Curious about machine embroidery? Have a machine, but unsure how to jump in to the next steps?About this Event
This introduction to machine embroidery will teach you:
- How to hoop woven and knit fabrics
- How to choose a stabilizer for your woven or knit projects
- How to choose thread for your projects
Materials Needed
- Embroidery machine (if you have one, if not email us [email protected] )
- 2 different colors embroidery thread (if you don't have it, we sell it)
- Hoop no bigger than 5"x7" (design should take 10 minutes to stitch out)
Pre-requisities
This class is open to everyone who knows the basics of using an embroidery machine (threading and winding a bobbin). If you have an embroidery machine, bring it with you and if not, you can borrow one of ours. We have limited embroidery machines available for loan so if you need to borrow one, please email [email protected] to let us know.
All stabilizer will be provided.
