Always wanted to try handstands but not sure where to start?
This workshop is designed for absolute beginners (and those who have tried, but still struggle)!
Whether you’ve never kicked up before or you’re still building confidence getting upside down, this workshop will help you learn the fundamentals, improve handstand strength, and build confidence upside down, so you leave with everything you need to know to practice safely.

⭐️Shoulder stacking and core engagement
⭐️Safe kick-ups and wall drills
⭐️Building confidence upside down
⭐️Common mistakes (and how to fix them)

No prior handstand or calisthenics experience is needed - but those who have tried before are also welcome - regressions and options will be provided throughout.
